This ingenious bag barrel holds all 60 or 120 litre sacks securely upright and allows for the recycling items to be compressed without damaging the thin bags. A lid keeps odours inside and pets and other animals out.

Pull recycling bags from the outside over the bottomless barrel. This way, it protects the thin bags from slashes and tears. A rubber band secures the bags, so nothing can shift. When the barrel is full, push the contents down using force. This way, a recycling sack will accommodate 3-5 times more than usual. Once you cannot push down any further, pull the bag out of the barrel and close it – job done.
