Corduroy trousers are popular – because theyʼre timeless, versatile and great for everyday. But not all corduroy fabrics are created equally. Nowadays corduroy is often mass produced and contains cheap synthetic fibres. They do make the fabric lighter but also occasionally more susceptible to abrasion. Frequently, the nap soon starts to wear which leads to ugly shiny patches. However, these corduroy trousers by Brisbane Moss are still made from pure cotton. Thanks to the slightly heavier 320g/m² (9.5 oz/sqyd) quality and the medium-wide ribbing, these trousers wonʼt mind tough use. But still the cord is wonderfully soft and comfortable as it is carefully pre-washed.

The premium matt shimmer is typical for this velvety nap. Over the years, the material will become softer and full of character. The trousers have pleats and the hem is not turned up. The classic straight leg is comfortable and won’t restrict movement in any way. Two slanted side pockets and 2 buttoned back pockets.
