Baby alpaca: One of the world’s most precious fibres.
As soft as cashmere, yet sturdy enough for everyday wear.
The fine down comes from the first shearing of the baby alpacas and is diligently sorted by hand: Only fibres with a diameter of less than 19.5 microns and length of 64 - 68mm meet the strict quality criteria. Although as soft as cashmere, baby alpaca is surprisingly robust: The wool resists abrasion and pilling and hardly absorbs any odours. Thanks to the natural elasticity of the fibres, this ribbed knit cardigan also maintains its shape perfectly.

The bright colour mix is the original colour of the alpaca wool and completely natural. No bleach or dye will spoil your enjoyment of this exquisite yarn. Your cardigan is also extremely gentle on the skin.

The studio of alpaca specialists, Clark Ross, is located in Sandefjord in Norway. But the garments are produced directly in the wool’s country of origin.
