The airy linen/cotton cardigan – made in Ireland by Carbery.
The beautiful Irish knitwear with traditional Aran patterns is usually made of thick wool and only suitable for cold winter days. This Aran cardigan, on the other hand, is perfect for mid-season and fresh summer evenings.
Great on its own and even better when combined.
Linen is inherently cooling, removes moisture from the skin and quickly wicks it away. The French linen used here also has a natural shine and gives the yarn a rare luxurious sheen. The cotton maintains the airy comfort and makes the knitwear skin-friendly, soft and supple.
Elaborately fully-fashioned.
Traditionally knitted in shape and not just cut, as is unfortunately often the case nowadays, the cardigan keeps its shape for years, without wearing out or becoming misshapen. Smooth plain-knit back and sleeves. Ribbed shawl collar, waistband and cuffs.
Classic straight cut. Length in size 40: 66cm (26"). Colour: Grey/blue mottled. 60% linen, 40% cotton. Machine washable. Made in Ireland.
