These pans can’t be compared with simple ceramic pans. The White Induction series from Berndes is equipped with a new fine ceramic coating, which guarantees exceptionally good non-stick properties, making the pans perfect for low-fat cooking. What’s more, they’re heat resistant up to 400°C (instead of often only up to 300°C).

The patented, jet-shaped base design distributes heat particularly quickly and evenly. It only takes a short warm-up time before you can turn the hob to low heat again.

In order not to damage the coating when stacking the pan, the pouring rim is not coated, but finely sealed. This also makes the rim ideal for spill-free pouring.
