Saves time, effort and washing up.
You would be hard pressed to prepare your food faster and more cleanly than on this professional cutting board. Collect chopped vegetables, meat, ... or dispose of cutting waste in the tray which pulls out from both sides. This way you always have enough space on the work surface. No need for separate bowls and nothing falls off onto the counter top.
Handmade and almost indestructible.
Walnut wood is extremely hard (70 N/mm²*) and even more resistant to cuts than oak (34 N/mm²*) and bamboo (40 N/mm²*). It preserves its beauty and flawlessly smooth surface much longer than simple cutting boards. The special oil finish additionally protects the surface and aids the natural antibacterial properties.

Firmly screwed-on rubber feet guarantee a non-slip grip.
*N/mm² (Newton per square millimetre) is the physical unit of measurement for Brinell hardness and is used for a wide variety of materials. A value of 50-53 N/mm² means that a maximum force of 5.1-5.4kg (11.2-11.9 lbs) per mm² of surface can be exerted on a material without causing it damage.
