This ingenious microfibre bag keeps your lettuce crisp and fresh in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. This is about twice as long as conventional green bags. Thanks to the filaments that are much finer and lighter compared to regular salad bags, this bag weighs only about 50g or 1.7 oz (half the weight of most other bags). What’s more, it does not crush the outer leaves – even delicate oakleaf lettuce remains deliciously fresh.

Put the washed lettuce in the microfibre bag and sprinkle lightly with water. It will be instantly absorbed and will stay moist for days. Thanks to the slow evaporation rate, even tender leaves won’t dry or wither. There’s also no excess moisture that might cause leaves to turn brown.
