Ingeniously practical: An herb rinser with integrated chopping blade. From Rösle.
Simply pour the herbs into the stainless steel strainer, unscrew the handle and hold it under the tap. The sieve basket protects parsley, dill, basil leaves ... from the direct flow of water. But the herbs are still completely rinsed off and dirt particles are washed out. Finally shake briefly and let the remaining water drain off. Nothing gets soaked in water. No kitchen roll or other equipment is needed.

Simply unscrew the bottom of the handle, turn it upside down and screw it on again. 8 sharp blades chop your herbs with a smooth cut. Nothing gets crushed. And your hands remain at a safe distance.
