With the help of the centimetre scale, you can cut slices evenly and divide meat or fish into equally-sized portions. With an integrated 8 (3.1") or 10cm (3.9") diameter non-slip cutting zone, things like tomatoes don’t slide off the board. Leaking fluids are collected in the surrounding groove.
