Hollow space between the walls gives the porcelain great insulating properties.
In comparison to conventional filter devices, the air inside the hollow walls keeps the water at exactly the right temperature for longer to ensure a gentle extraction of the coffee flavours. The outer wall of the filter remains safely cool throughout.
Perfect interplay between fine porcelain, ribbed profile and outflow.
Although it is double-walled, the porcelain is only 3mm thick: Much thinner than usual porcelain filters. The 111° incline of the folds allows for the optimum infusion and extraction time before reaching the 8mm outlet. No brewing water accumulates: The aromas are fully extracted – without bitter substances. Your coffee tastes fully aromatic and is easily digestible at the same time.
