The raw material comes from sheep of the Swabian Alps, from which a Zwickau-based combed yarn manufactory makes the multicoloured yarn. The German Tweed® is then woven in the Bavarian fabric manufactory, Zuleeg (founded in 1925), and finished by a long-established specialist company in the region.
