Wide and strong enough to turn and lift big hamburgers, steaks and several fried potatoes. The flat, non-stick silicone tip of only 1mm slides easily under delicate fried eggs, fish fillets, pancakes ... without ruining the food. In contrast to spatulas with a closed head, fat and liquid can drip off. This extra sturdy kitchen utensil made from glass fibre reinforced nylon can even be used to cut food and thanks to the silicone tip on the sides you can easily run it along the rim of the pan.
