Professional precision peeler - fast and efficient.
This precision peeler is far removed from conventional peelers as it features the kind of durable blade that you find in exclusive chefs’ knives. As it‘s made of special Japanese steel, it’s extremely sharp and hard (hardness 57 HRC*) and can tackle asparagus, carrots, potatoes, apples, pumpkins and any other vegetable/fruit you care to name with ease.
The flexible blade adapts perfectly to any shape and peels paper thin to avoid waste.
The integrated stripper removes peelings away from the blade and prevents clogging. This way you can peel large quantities with minimum effort. Use the projecting part on the side of the peeler to remove eyes or tainted sections as you work.
The wide, ergonomically designed handle lies comfortably and firmly in your hand.
