In contrast to conventional silicone used for dough rolling mats, the food-grade silicone used for this mat is reinforced with glass fibres, making it extremely robust and durable. It also features 9 durably printed circular templates (12.5 - 32.5cm (4.9" - 12.8") diameter) as well as inch and centimetre measurements. The mat allows you to easily roll out dough, fondant and marzipan directly to the required size. Moreover, you can mould uniform decorations, dough strips and sheets, without tearing the dough or having it stick to the work surface, keeping the table or worktop clean.
