The tried and tested chicken roaster by Römertopf® ceramics.
Place your seasoned chicken on the ceramic roaster and transfer to the oven. The ceramic spit heats up and cooks the poultry from the inside, too. After about 60 minutes, your deliciously smelling roast chicken will be evenly browned and crispy all over as if cooked on a professional spit-roast.
Healthily low in fat and your oven stays clean.
Unlike poultry cooked in a roasting pan, your chicken is not sitting in fat and the cooking juices will not make the crisp skin go soft. Excess fat drips off and collects in the roomy dish at the bottom. Made of baked, glazed earthenware and easy to clean in the dishwasher.
